Liked: Breakfast was really great, location is super convenient, staff were helpful and outgoing.Bedroom was comfortable, fitted with AC and tastefully decorated
Disliked: Only small issue I had was the elevator not going all the way to the 7th floor - guess it's a common issue in older buildings!

A little gem in Toulouse...

Liked: A very clean and well managed little hotel in a good spot of Toulouse. Absolutely fantastic staff. The wonderful Pénélope was so kind and helpful, which was extra impressive while she multitasked for other guests at a busy moment. Great that you can park your car directly onsite too. Complementary sparkling waters and coffees at reception also added a nice touch to our morning.
Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean and friendly room, very nice staff and a free water fountain with still and sparkling water
Disliked: If you use the on-site parking area, you should be a skilled driver, it's very narrow
