Very good

Liked: We (a family of 4) stayed in two rooms for a weekend in Madrid. The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms were massive and the location was fantastic. The breakfast wasn't huge but everything was delicious and there was a nice variety. The rooms were quiet and we were able to spend two days walking around without needed public transportation.
Disliked: The AC in one of the rooms wasn't blowing very cold air. We spoke to the front desk about it but they weren't able to fix it during the time we were there. It was 38 C outside so we were slightly warm. The only other very small issue is that the magnetic key cards kept demagnetizing on us. Front desk was friendly and helpful to fix it, but it was weird.

Beautiful hotel with very spacious...

Liked: We stayed here twice on our trip because we loved it so much the first time. The rooms and bathroom were spacious with large doors to balconies so lots of natural sunlight. The elevator was a decent size for what we experienced in Spain and the staircase was also very nice and wide. It's a spacious hotel overall from what we experienced in Spain! The staff was very helpful and genuinely very kind. Also, great locations with a restaurant right next door and several others close by. Also walking distance to parks and art museums. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends visiting Madrid.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Great location and staff

Liked: I got a free early check-in. The room was nice and sizeable. The staff was super friendly and the location is excellent.
Disliked: The room has mainly white/cooler lights so takes away from being truly cozy. The main door has issues opening late at night and if there's no one at reception, it is difficult to get in. I'm talking around 3 to 6 am.

Wonderful!

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, let us leave our luggage until check-in. Beautiful spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice views. Excellent location. Quiet at night! Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing
