Disliked: No air conditioning, room was roasting hot but they did provide an air fan. They never reply to messages, I asked about breakfast times almost two weeks before I arrived, no reply. As it was the breakfast was from 8, no good as I had a train at 8:10 but the lady on duty let me in early.

Disliked: Unfortunately there is no lift.

Liked: Great central location Friendly welcomeFantastic breakfast with so many options, all well presented and tasty.Great value for money
Disliked: Room very warm as no air conditioning, just an electric fan which helped but still very warm on 3rd floor. Room also quite dark as some bulbs out.

Disappointing

Liked: The appartment was very clean and alot off space for 2 people
Disliked: I was with my 76 year old mum they put us in the very top appartment 6 flights off stairs and no lift

Great location with excellent food

Liked: It’s location. The breakfast. The room was clean and tidy
Disliked: I was on the top floor with 2 heavy bags plus motorcycle clothing on a very hot day. There was no lift or offer of help to carry my stuff up 66 stairs.

Passable

Liked: The hotel enjoys a good location within the town but we perhaps did not see it at its best for there was an external function taking place on the evening we were there and the fact that the ground floor was something of a mess was maybe not typical. That may also have been the explanation of our room being on the third floor which was a climb of some 76 steps with no lift available. The room itself was a fair one though the bathroom area had not been well designed and the cleaning since the previous occupants had been cursory and the WC should not have been left in the way that it was. Given their other commitments that evening, we saw little of the staff but they seemed efficient and friendly enough. Breakfast was adequate but more cramped than needed to have been the case. We had no specific complaints but it was probably not a hotel to which we would think of returning,

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was a fine buffet. Bed was comfortable and apartment was quite as it was high in the building. Staff were very helpful. Not 5 star but would stay again.
Disliked: The stairs to the apartment was long... need to be fit.

Thoroughly recommended.

Liked: Excellent location, and the breakfast a real plus especially considering the cost of food locally. The staff were so friendly it added a lot to the enjoyment of my stay. I don't speak or understand Dutch but the staff could not have treated me any better.
Disliked: Cannot fault the hotel in any way. The weather was lousy, but that's not the hotel's fault.
