No dedicated smocking area.

Liked: Everything about the hotel was very good apart from the fact their website states there is a dedicated smoking area. The hotel does NOT have a smoking area, and I had to take my disabled wife out onto the street in her wheelchair to smoke.
Disliked: No dedicated smoking area and my wife had to sit outside on the street in her wheelchair.

Lovely location.

Liked: We love the feel of the place and location and came back again based on last time we visited.
Disliked: The bed was hard as were the pillows. This time around there were hardly anyone having breakfast yet we were kept being told two minutes amounting to over ten minutes stood waiting. When we did sit down and order a drink when eventually the staff came back it was cold both mornings. We had to keep asking to order as nobody came back. You expect this when it is busy but there were about 5 tables eating. We came back as we loved it last time. If one person was accepting people and seating them at breakfast another taking their order and getting drinks to them quicker (a bit of organising) it would run more smoothly.

Liked: Not coming back again, no car park, small room, carpet doesn’t feel clean enough, the sourdough bread from breakfast wasn’t good. Friendly staff tho.
Disliked: Make the guests feel the rooms are clean for the start.
