With a high quality fresh design Hotel Indigo York offers boutique guest rooms in the center of York. Rooms are air conditioned and free WiFi is accessible throughout. Parking is available two minutes walk away from the hotel however we are unable to guarantee or reserve parking spaces as it is 'first come first serve basis'. There is another public car park next to the Indigo car park which you can use and you pay directly at that car park located on Peel Street. Please message the team for further details if required'. Nice accommodations in good location

Liked: Staff very nice, accommodating and friendly. Nice functional bathroom. Good shower. Location nice. Close but away from noisy, touristy areas. Housekeeping did a great job, anticipated needs by leaving us extra towels and room supplies. Biggest King bed ever!
Disliked: Air freshener emitter near elevators. Way too strong on 3rd floor. Food and Beverage marginal. Pasta deal confusing, can’t order downstairs, have to go to ur room and order it, but then we had to go down and get our drinks (cokes) from the bar. But pasta was delivery only. Restaurant dead and empty during the day and evening except for breakfast. Needs a vibe and some activation. Wanted to get a coffee and muffin or pastry to go in morning, but not an option, had to get whole continental breakfast in a sit down format. But after breakfast is over it’s an option, pastries are laid on bar counter for sale until late in the day. Strange. Had breakfast last morning. Eggs Benedict. Egg was cooked through, yolk solid, hollandaise sauce lumpy. Ham dried out.

Liked: The American chap Sam was amazing - charismatic, insightful, only thing was a bit extreme when discussing parking

Wonderful, good value hotel with...

Liked: Lovely hotel. The staff really go out of their way. Great breakfast and super large bed.
Disliked: To be fair it didn't affect our sleep but at the back you look on to the extractor fans which you do hear if the window is open.

A comfortable stay in this...

Liked: The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We used a twin room which has an accessible shower/wet room. The best shower I've ever taken! The staff were excellent. Well located for a short walk into central York.
Disliked: Limited seating in the reception area.
