Very nice hotel! Would stay there again. Love the downstairs bar.

Liked: Very nicely renovated building.
Disliked: Wish they had a mini fridge in the room as we were unable to save leftovers from dinner.

Never again, very disappointing

Disliked: The room was really cold, and the heating system took several hours to kick in. The hotel offered us a difference room, but the technician warned us that all the rooms have a similar problem.Also, the room was really dirty. I went to use the hair dryer that was stored on a shelf, under the vanity, it was covered in dust bunnies, obviously that shelf had not been cleaned for a long time.Early in the morning, the housekeeping crew were banging loudly on the doors and had an argument with another occupant.We tried to buy a bottle of water from the lobby and were told they had run out and offered a glass of tap water. The woman working the "restaurant/bar" was rude and disinterested.We booked this hotel based on a pervious very positive experience at The Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga

Liked: Great location. Cool style. Most comfortable beds. Super friendly staff.

Liked: The room was nice. The bar was great, and they also offered food & desserts from the great restaurant downstairs. And it's in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The parking/valet situation is a little difficult in that there is little room to even park for the valet. But it's not really in their control because it's due to small downtown streets.
