Liked: There was a couple of issues;1. Very cold in the lobby, we literally can’t be there more than 10 minutes. My kid and husband gets very cold because AC was running very low temperature.2. There wasn’t any announcementson website that there is construction is going in outside and this area will be closed. It’s no room for kids to be outside at all. 3. There wasn’t any rules of using swimming pool for kids on website or in confirmation email. We were informed only after checking in that there is a limited time for kids for swimming pool. Just because it was Monday thr stuff allowed us to go to swimming pool afrer 1 pm. Otherwise we were being told, that after 1 pm it’s adult time. If we knew these rules before, we wouldn’t book this hotel. It’s very important to provide this information on the website or at least send the policy of swimming pool to customers email after booking.Seems like we should ask a favor to be in swimming pool even we paid for staying. We left hotel with the feeling never come back. There is a lot of options in NYC with better prices and better service.

Great position.

Liked: Great position. Close to subway. Staff found my passport in safety deposit and I was contacted by booking.com to collect it.
Disliked: Keys kept de-activating at the beginning of the stay. Key de-activated before check out time. No security at front door.

Liked: The first impression. People on front desk are great.
Disliked: A tiny dirty little room that i got for 700$. My room was terrible. The bed is noisy

Liked: The hotel looks nice inside and we enjoyed that there was a pool available (but you do have to walk through the lobby to get to it).
Disliked: Regular check in is at 3 but our rooms weren’t ready until 330-430. Staff at the pool weren’t always the nicest/gave us a hard time with our rooms not being ready even though it was after 3pm and not our fault.
