1 night stay with family...

Liked: Room clean, bathroom good, late check out arranged without issue
Disliked: Pool not allowing children after 1pm... Not clear on booking. Lack of availability of pool loungers even before 1pm, all required booking through a 3rd party, we're reserved by 10am even though no one was sat on them.

The staff is wonderful, but...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated how they interacted with my kid. The location was great, and while parking was not the hotel's parking, it was adjacent and easy to access.
Disliked: The room was really not clean, it wasn't horrible, I was surprised how kind of dingy most of the room was (although the bathroom was immaculate, so that's good), but there were stains and rips in the furniture. We also paid a $40 resort fee only to find out that children aren't allowed in the pool after 1pm, except sometimes, but you don't know until the day of, and you can't use it after check-out, except check-in isn't until 3pm. I regularly travel solo with my young child, so using it without my kid isn't an option. We wouldn't have booked it if it weren't the pool, but I'm irritated about paying extra to not be able to use it.

Superb

Liked: The pool, the lounge and the metro very close are perfect combo tò relax before a long trip, while enjoying the city and moving tò downtown
Disliked: Pool accessibile for Kids onlg until 1pm, no late check outs After 1pm

Disliked: It’s soulless and a rip off. The pool area is not owned by the hotel so access is restricted, it’s a club with private events. The hotel doesn’t even provide breakfast properly just bakery on the lobby

Disliked: Be careful for King loft suit room. Website says facility outdoor balcony. And room title says LOFT.but when I walked in No balcony No Loft.it's scam.And after 1pm kids can't swim. No kids frendly.No recommended.

Liked: The courtyard when you pull in is nice. They provide bikes.
Disliked: We stayed in one of the loft suites. It had hair and crumbs on the floor, and even someone’s jewelry under the coffee stand. The view from the balcony was actually disturbing. It is a view of where the hotel stores trash and broken equipment and who knows what else. The pool was closed when we arrived due to an event (apparently this happens a lot) and the event kept us up soooo late. It was so loud. The pool area wasn’t cleaned properly the next day. There was a blunt stub on the ground my 14 found. The pool was too cold for even my toddler. The chicken nuggets were jerky. Literally couldn’t pull them apart. The curtains were broken and didn’t close all the way. The whole rooms needs a paint job. The Worst!
