Hotel Indigo Williamsburg - Brooklyn By IHG

We have stayed twice and...

Liked: The Indigo location is perfect for visiting our daughter in Williamsburg. The subway is next door and there are plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Roof over ur head.

Liked: Being close to family members apartment.
Disliked: Maintenance/hotel staff helping themselves to our belongings. (Jewelry and 2 pairs of Sony headphones)

Liked: It seemed new.
Disliked: The doors had a huge gap at the bottom and it was very noisy if someone passed by at night. We weren’t given connecting rooms even though we requested them months in advance.

Liked: Close to family
Disliked: U specifically requested in writing that we be granted a quiet room. It in writing as well. Also when we checked in they acknowledged a quiet room we would be given. We were placed on the 2nd directly above the night club with extremely loud pounding music Friday and Saturday night. When asked to move when going down to front desk we were denied a request to move room. When we checked out we were just met with a oh jeez I’m sorry!!

Staff was very friendly and...

Liked: It was very close to where my daughter lives and I was visiting her. I would have liked the pool, but it rained all six days I was there!
Disliked: Two of the days I was there my room did not get cleaned. Housekeeping was good about getting meat towels quickly. It would’ve been nice to have umbrellas to borrow at the front desk, since I hadn’t packed one.

Overall poor and overpriced with...

Disliked: Check in and the room was not available on time.
