Disliked: Everything. The reason I booked for those nights was because I stayed at this hotel previously before in March and enjoyed it so much I decided right then and there that I’ll return for my birthday. On May 11th, I went to check in around 6:30 after I finished work. I went straight after work as it is much closer to my job then my house as I live very far. When I reached the front desk and had to pay the security deposit is when I realized I didn’t have my bank card with me I begged and pleaded if there was any other way I can pay as I do not have my physical card with me. They assured me no, I must go home and get it. I came back the next day as I was unable to find my card the night before and live sooo far that the back and forth was too tiring for me to return. I came back and the same credit card authorization form that they previously told me I CAN NOT do is what they ended up doing for me. I was very frustrated because the front desk assistant had asked his manager if it was ok for me to fill this form out and pay that way and they said no! So I completely paid and missed out on a night for no reason! On top of missing out on a night, I booked the same room type as last time but received a much smaller room ??? I was very confused by that especially because I paid MORE this time, so how did I receive a smaller room?? Also one of the major reasons I stayed here was to have my birthday dinner at The Continent. Arrived around 8:30 5/13 and they told me they were closed! Everything about this visit this time around was just bad and taking a turn for the worst. I was very sad about it. Especially because my previous visit in March was so great I’m not sure why it was so bad this time around.

Liked: The location is perfectly situated for closeness to our children who live on same street
Disliked: Have stayed at Indigo Williamsburg multiple times. The hotel appears run-down, the room was not really clean when we checked in. It is advertised as a fairly large room but the extra sq. feet are all in the entrance hallway and the actual room is SMALL. We asked multiple times to move rooms without success. Rooms were not cleaned until 5pm in the afternoon and we were even told that rooms are not cleaned every day. The reception staff made very little effort.The corridors are badly ventilated and therefore often have bad odors.

Liked: wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional stay I had at your hotel.During my visit, I encountered a minor issue with the coffee maker in my room. However, I believe this was due to my own unfamiliarity with the appliance.Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
Disliked: My recent stay was exceptional. However, I encountered a minor inconvenience. Upon arrival, I noted that there was only one washcloth in my room.As I had an event to attend, I promptly contacted your staff to request an additional washcloth. Unfortunately, I did not receive it. I contacted your team again at approximately midnight and was assured that a washcloth would be brought to my room. Regrettably, this was not the case.I contacted your staff for a third time on Friday morning. I am grateful to the young lady who answered my call, as she promptly arranged for towels and washcloths to be sent to my room.
