Good hotel but hidden charges
Liked: Good location. Comfy room
Disliked: This Hotel comes with a big extortion warning! Whatever price you think you are paying they will add on 49 dollars a night. So if you come for a week your hotel fee will be 350 dollars more than you thought! Even worse they take 200 dollars a night as a security deposit. If you stay a week they will take 1400 dollars off your card instantly. If, like us you brought your daughters and needed two rooms you would have 2,800 dollars removed ‘temporarily’ from your account and your extra bill would be $750. If your card was a prepaid card that you put your spending on you could find yourself it trouble.

Too expensive for what we...
Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: Lobby was dirty and dated. Furniture was unclean to the point of not wanting to sit on it. Beautiful outside area but it wasn’t wiped off so no one wanted to be out there. We arrived shortly after checking and had to wait for our rooms to be ready. Had front desk been honest with us we would have gone out for a bite and come back. Instead we were told three times it will be another 7 minutes.

Amazing and Comfortable Stay

Disliked: - Way too much blue light, had to cover electronics to sleep - thermostat, phone, alarm clock, lamp- Room card wasn't working before 11am check out so we couldn't enjoy breakfast and it was a hassle gathering our belongings with no elevator nor hotel room access

Liked: Modern, clean
Disliked: I cannot believe you guys charge $11 for a bottle of water! Water is a necessity. I travel all the time. Many establishments will provide two complimentary water bottles. I can’t believe the profit of a water bottle is worth a customer. On principle alone, I won’t stay at a place that’s this greedy. Who ever consulted you on this. Fire them. They clearly don’t understand business or customer service.
