Liked: Pros, very clean; friendly, professional staff.
Disliked: Cons, did not have access to any of my TV apps like Netflix etc.; could not cast from my phone either as the TV was not a smart TV. The ceiling walls were very thin and at 6:00 in the morning the person in the room above me could be heard stopping around for about an hour. Restaurant food quality was good but slightly overpriced.

We felt that the stay...

Liked: The property was clean & very comfortable, and just a couple blocks from the Magnolia Silos. The hotel had a nice look to it. Loved the indigo colors.
Disliked: The elevator stopped working and we had to take the stairs. My friend has a bad knee so this was uncomfortable for her. The pool was clean but a bit cold. We received a late checkout, but the cards were not updated to reflect this, so we were locked out until we went back into the hotel to discuss the issue with the front desk who then corrected the issue.

Liked: Always clean and welcoming, nice lighting. The bar area is very nice with large TVs with sports on, ample seating in a variety of heights, and the bartender lady was exceptionally cheerful, efficient and made great drinks.
Disliked: N/A

Beware when you book this...

Liked: Location was nice and it was clean
Disliked: They offer customization of the room, which is a huge draw to book. Then after you book they give you a standard room. I would never book under those circumstances again. There were three of us traveling and we definitely needed two beds. If you offer customization, you have to honor it. It’s a little fraudulent to switch someone’s room after they booked.
