Unacceptable

Liked: Rooftop bar area was fabulous. Great food, cocktails, and service.
Disliked: I left my toiletry bag hanging in the bathroom when we checked out. When I called the front desk a few hours later, the man told me that nothing was turned in to the front desk and another guest was already in the room. He said he would check all the housekeeping carts and call me back to let me know if it was there. He never called me back. I can only surmise that my bag was either kept by staff or thrown away- both unacceptable. And the lack of follow-up from the receptionist indicates a lack of concern. My bag had a lot of products and makeup that were not insignificant in value as well as a very nice necklace. I'm very disappointed.

Would have been great if...

Liked: Staff were great
Disliked: There was an all-night St. Patrick’s Day street festival right outside the front door. Parking at the hotel was impossible because the entire block was closed off. A loud sound system played music until 2AM, and neither of us slept. We didn’t know about this festival when we booked, and it was a terrible experience.

Great design and value for...

Liked: The restaurant and room service food was fantastic! Loved the decor, size and scale of the rooms.
Disliked: The valet parking was a little pricey at 30.00 per day...Everything else was stellar.

Meh.

Liked: Property is centrally located and convenient to downtown and other attractions.
Disliked: The amenities were meager and merely adequate for the money. It was less value than what we expected.
