Liked: I was a bit late for the check out even though it was already noon and yet they were very comprehensive and I checked out almost 45 minutes later. I was very thankful

Liked: Excellent location right in the heart of the older part of the city, plenty of bars and cafes to suit everyone and reserved parking available if driving.

Good location and pleasant rooms.

Liked: The hotel is well located and has spacious, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Cannot comment on breakfast as it was not included in the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I forgot my phone charger and they provided one for me for the duration of stay.

Disliked: no food or bar available , only breakfast , which we found most unusual for a hotel like this. especially for the price we paid , you cannot control the air conditioning , only can be amended and accessed centrally from reception again v strange , v few staff on person on reception does everything .
