Disliked: Housekeeping could have done better. No towels or enough toilet paper. Also they never refilled for coffee they put back used/empty creamers.

Liked: Ernest the receptionist is great. The lobby looks nice too.
Disliked: The hotel room was dark and had a loud air conditioner beside the bed. A white noise generator is provided but did not help us.

Liked: Having a good restaurant and bar on the property is always helpful
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was broken

Great location and pleasant stay!

Liked: Location is fantastic if you want to be close to FSU and Collegetown. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Some of the room features could be updated after lots of wear and tear on the facility during the school year and football seasons. For example, the shower had mold around the grout seams in the bathroom.
