Liked: Close to theatres, lovely ambience, very comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. We appreciated the little touches like the drinks in the our room and Prosecco and chocolates in recognition of my husband’s birthday

Excellent stay!

Liked: Staff were brilliant, location was great, one of our party has mobility issues and we requested a modern room for the lifts and were given exactly what we needed. The room had a fridge and an iron which were huge helps. The room was clean and tidy.

Relaxing comfortable and lovely team

Liked: Staff were lovely as was the room. The breakfast team and indeed the breakfast started every day with energy and cheer they were fantastic.
Disliked: Somewhere to hang our coats in the room. Not the wardrobe a couple of coat hooks would have been perfect
