Overall one of the best...

Liked: Great staff and good breakfast. Rooms clean and plenty spacious.
Disliked: TVs don’t have ability to cast media from phone or tablet. Need a firestick or hdmi input.

This hotel is changing…

Liked: The property location is great and in a remote area of Spring/The Woodlands which I enjoy.
Disliked: There was a new lady at the front desk who wasn’t friendly, didn’t seem to understand English, and did not provide customer service. She works mostly evenings at the hotel. She should not be in customer service.
