Liked: The staff and the customer service was amazing.
Disliked: I did not like the area, there are/were lots of homeless individuals around the property and nearby the property that make you feel uncomfortable when walking by and uncomfortable leaving your car parked on the street since there is not really any decent parking. I also had to switch rooms while I was there. The lights in the first room blew out and they weren't sure why, so they gave us another room, which happened to have outlet issues and the sink was plugged, and it was alright late in the evening, so I did not care to change rooms all over again. Although the hotel is pet friendly, there is hardly anywhere near to take your pet(s) to the restroom.

Liked: The staff. Particularly Hunter. Was all incredible. Hunter was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. What a very nice young man.
Disliked: The bathroom sliding doors-are a horrible, bad idea! Very loud to close, especially if your travel partner is asleep. Lets not forget- the gaps between the sliding door and wall..totally unacceptable. Theres not much privacy, when the gaps are wide open. Zero sound proof and we both felt uncomfortable going to the bathroom, with anyone else in the room. No privacy really. Worst bathroom door we've ever seen in a hotel, and we travel a lot.

Liked: It was clean and obviously recently painted and furnished. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was fantastic!
Disliked: The room wasn't homey and was sparsely decorated. Sounds echoed in the room, almost felt like a hospital room or basement even though I waso n the 5th floor. The headboard of the bed covered the bottom half of the only window in the room. There were transients camped in tents and sleeping bags just down the street and parking is on the street unless you pay the $20 for valet parking which of course I did.

Liked: The location was close to the river, shops & restaurants.
Disliked: The toilet stopped working so I had to move rooms. Room is not tidied up each day so I had to ask for towels each day. When I checked in they told me they would only charge me $40 for valet (3 days) but I was charged $60.
