Liked: From a very organized and well planed trip, it went south really fast. We got trapped in a terminal. Airlines made us miss our connection flights and left us stranded in the airport. Becci from Hotel Indigo was my savior. She was sympathetic and understood that we were in a bit of a pickle. I got a refund of the night missed, and they have sorted out a room for us to check in early in the morning. The other staff at reception were fantastic too im sorry I didn't write down your names. But a beautiful receptionist with brown hair was so sweet and accommodating. Also, the valet drivers were understanding and let us park for way longer than we're supposed to. So overall, the hotel staff are amazing. Thank you so much.
Disliked: Maybe it was a quiet period, but their restaurant, where they served breakfast, was never open. But not to worry, there were so many places to go for breakfast as this hotel is so central.

Liked: The room was nice and big. The bathroom was very roomy and clean. The towels were very limited. There should be two towels a person but there was only one making washing my hair and towelling off difficult. The bums around the location made me anxious. The fact that you charged 100 dollars as a security fee was over the top. And you take a week to return it to the credit card is not right.
Disliked: Security fee charge! Bums around the area.

Liked: Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Reception employees were all so friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Had a room facing the train tracks. It’s not incredibly loud, but it did wake me up when the trains went by. My father had a room not facing the tracks and he never heard them.

Noise from trains about 50...

Disliked: Our room was on the 3rd floor south side of the hotel facing the rooftop of a building that was an alley width away and facing the elevated BNSF tracks. The noise from the trains which seemed to run every hour during the night was extremely loud and it felt like the train was coming through our window. Needless to say we did not get a good night's sleep. Even in the daytime the train noise interferred with comfortably staying in the room. We were also a bit puzzled that the space in the large wardrobe in our room was not condusive for hanging much of anything except a very short jacket. The valet parking was smooth if expensive. Although the hotel is conveniently located for getting to downtown Spokane or to areas just across the river and the staff was courteous and helpful because of the train issues I would never stay at this hotel again.
