We drove up to check...

Liked: I loved the ambiance of the whole hotel. The decor was great. Our beds were comfortable and our room so cool. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Nice hotel for the time...

Liked: While room was very clean and staff was nice
Disliked: Kinda scary to walk around at night. First timer in Spokane. Homeless people. But that’s most places at night now days

Would probably stay here again...

Liked: Spacious rooms. Very clean. Spacious bathroom.
Disliked: The sliding “barn door” on the bathroom would not close and was very noisy. We had to change rooms and then it was fine. We have stayed at this hotel three times and this is the second time this exact thing has happened. Staff was very accommodating to move us.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, & welcoming, located in a good spot!
Disliked: No Compensation for having to pay for my own parking considering garage parking was suppose to be available for guests. not our fault the garage was not working, yes no discount or any compensation:(
