Loved the hotel and location...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and suite. The location was optimal and two drink vouchers were nice. Valet personnel were very polite.
Disliked: Paid extra for a roll in shower but nine existed in the hotel. Evening desk personnel were surly and curt in explaining really anything. Mandatory valet parking for $48 per night.

Disgusting room, great location.

Liked: Location was perfect, and the staff was very nice. That was about it.
Disliked: The room REEKED of mold. The smell was so bad we went and bought Ozium room spray but it barely masked the smell. Mold was actually visible around the AC unit by the window, as shown in the photos I'll share, which we finally discovered the morning we were checking out. Rust was visible on the table lamp. Chips were found along the glass counter top of the table as well as a fairly dangerous and large chip on the outer frame of the mirror in the bathroom which I purposely covered with a towel so our child wouldn't cut themselves. Furniture was also well worn and the electric buttons to open and close the curtains did not work at all. Walls were visibly DIRTY. For being a 4 star hotel I was shocked by the state of the room itself. The mold being the most concerning. We were in room 301 for those curious and wanting to avoid our exact room.

I definitely would not go...

Liked: Closeness to Activities and shopping
Disliked: My room was VERY damp. Clothes felt damp whenever you put them on. The room was very small and the floors were dirty. It is right on a busy street so the noise was incredible on the weekend. Because of the heat I drank Powerade all day. To purchase it from them was $7.00 a bottle.

No better location!

Liked: Location was AMAZING! Bar on sight and complimentary fruit and water! The bartender was great, we had coin vouchers with our booking that allowed for free drinks.
Disliked: There is NO PARKING at the hotel, something that either booking.com or the hotel itself did not mention prior to booking. You will have to get lucky and hope for street metered parking. Otherwise, valet is $45/night. Also, they did not mention the $225 deposit/hold prior to booking, either. Sheets had multiple stains and floors were not swept, rooms felt dirty over all.

The night staff was rude...

Liked: The valet staff was kind and the room was clean.
Disliked: There was a constant machine buzzing that made me feel dizzy. The staff didn’t care and sent a mechanic to my room late at night even though I told them it was their hotel equipment outside of my window (not the AC unit) and I didn’t need someone in my room. Do not stay on the first floor.

Better options out there

Liked: Bed was comfortable and good location! Breakfast was pretty decent.
Disliked: This place was dirty( hair in the shower, unknown stains on couches and walls, ac worked but couldn’t keep up with the humidity. It left the floor greasy and wet. The service at the breakfast was ok…they seemed understaffed.
