We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the rooftop bar during our stay, and our bartender/server (I think his name was Chris) was EXCELLENT. However, once more people started to arrive, we felt very sorry for him as he was working the bar and tables completely alone and didn't have help. Still he was gracious, patient and polite - more than I can say for some of the patrons.

Liked: Loved the room decor; comfortable beds; very clean and comfortable overall.
Disliked: My traveling companion noticed a foul odor in the lobby. Other than that, everything was great.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere of the room.I liked the customer service.I liked the food also.I loved the panoramic view of the 9th floor.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to pay 60.00 dollars. per night for the parking lot.I didn't like that we had to go to the gym to get water to our room.

Amazing

Liked: Really close to everything! Location, staff, cleanliness was amazing!
Disliked: The door hinges to our room and bathroom was hard to get into and loud whenever we try to open it. I was “locked in” the bathroom every time I use it. (803)

Not worth the price.

Liked: The hotel is in the perfect location! Short walk to attractions and restaurants. We loved that! The rooms are also spacious and the area is pretty calm. The guy who greated us was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It is not clean. We had to ask for extra cleaning but even after that it was not clean. There was a rotten orange under the bed and it was still there after the “extra cleaning”. Other than the guy who was there when we checked in the personnel was not nice and boarders to being rude. They charge an amenity fee with is pure BS. This should be dropped.

Liked: The surrounding areas was under construction so there was a lot of noise. They started to drill at 7am. Otherwise, if i wasn’t so tired and being able to sleep through some of the noise, I would have move. Otherwise, the employees were very nice and helpful, so that made up for that. Free breakfast was very nice, however, we pick a time that was very busy. A couple of the employees were confused and didn’t act professional. But the food was good and warm. That made up for the wait that we had for our food. I don’t understand the problem of getting change for my cash. Is that something new? I had to ask the valet for change. Anyway, we still had a very nice time. The bar and the restaurant on the top floor was very nice and you could see everything. Thank you.
