Liked: Great location. Excellent staff. Excellent accommodations. Your front desk staff were exceptional in customer service with a smile.
Disliked: I have nothing to say!

Liked: Updated, super clean, big shower with lots of product. We attended a concert at the Civic Center and could walk there through the skyway. Very convenient location.
Disliked: No diet coke in their little market

Liked: Location was great, less than 10 minute walk to the Mayo buildings. I had an appointment switch last minute and they accompanied a late check-out.
Disliked: Staff were pleasant but not overly helpful.

Disliked: The Hotel is not responding to the massages before arriving, they are not cleaning the room in daily bases and they said you have to inform us in advance if you want !!!! and when we inform them they didn’t as well . I rose complaint for the front desk and they said that I have to fill the form to get the room clean!! Strange

Liked: Cost was 16.00 a day. Overpriced.
Disliked: No services. Dragged my own luggage up 4 floors. Asked for help. NO way. I was at mayo for health eval. Not able to lug my own luggage.
