Liked: Breakfast was not available on weekdays, but it was fine bc it forced us to go out to my favorite breakfast place in Shadyside!
Disliked: Everything was fine. Location was in a business park so it wasn?t a beautiful location but it was really convenient.

Great for one night stay...
Liked: Really nice people at front desk and in hallways.
Disliked: Lighting in room was awkward, hard to read. No freezer compartment in mini refrig.

Liked: Thankful I could bring my dog. Room was very appointed with sofa bed. Nice furnishings. Very friendly staff upon check in.
Disliked: Location just made it very loud hearing every bit of traffic outside.

Would not recommend unless staying...
Liked: Very clean
Disliked: The staff does not seem to care about their guests. Well I should say it might be because I am of a different race then the majority of the staff but on my last night in the hotel, at about 2am a strange man at our door that we did not know that continuously knocked and banged on our door. We could see the man?s face and head but couldn?t see his hands so it was unknown if he may have had some sort of weapon. So imagine the terror and panic we had especially being from out of town and the man would not go away no matter how many times we told him to leave. We called the front desk and told them and the sent security up to our room but the man had finally left and the security guard said he thought he saw him and was going to talk to him. We could not go back to sleep. I had to call the front desk again to get update on if they caught the man or not and when I told the manager at checkout she had no knowledge of it nor did she act like she cared until I continued to describe the incident. I am definitely upset after the amount of money I paid to stay here.
