The Indigo was amazing! The decor was unique and classy.

Liked: The comfort and valet service.
Disliked: None.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our night's stay. It was a luxury hotel.

Disliked: Nothing.

Weekend Getaway

Liked: The hotel location was great as there are options where to eat. My room was perfect and nosise level was non existent I was able to relax and get a goodnight sleep both nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those traveling to Pittsburgh.
Disliked: My card was charged twice for incidentals. Upon check out the rep ensured me the charges will fall off currently waiting for the charges to drop off my cc if not I will place an dispute.

Liked: Other than not having a self parking lot , the hotel was great. ( we did use the valet parking which was great but $$ )

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel before and never had an issue until this stay. The location is great and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:45 and our room was not ready and they did not have a time that it would be. I checked back at 4:15 and again the room was not ready. I asked the staff when it would be ready and the response was “idk”. They did not accommodate us at all and couldn’t tell us when we could check in. We sat in the lobby for almost two hours before being able to check in after 5:00. Again, no updates, accommodations, etc. everyone else who checked in were able to get their rooms immediately. Very disappointed in the staff and then not even trying to make the situation better.

Rude intake staff

Liked: I liked my room and the shower size just amazing!!
Disliked: The staff who checked me in. Very rude!!! Can't remember his name, but his hair is black with white/silver tips. Nasty attitude. I will not return. I will not spend my money with people who want me to hand my id and card to him but thonk it's ok to put my id and card on the counter!!!

Great for a short stay...

Liked: Great location for us as we wanted to visit our son who lives nearby. Had to wait to checkin as no staff were on the front desk due to a late bus however they made up for it by offering a breakfast voucher. If not given a free breakfast, I would not purchase one from the hotel as there are better option at cafes nearby. Big room. Had a curtain to separate beds from bathroom area and possibly to stop noise from corridor. Huge bathroom with so much space. Quiet room. No noise from corridor or neighboring rooms.
