It was a bit “trying”...

Liked: The view from our room was very nice. The hotel was in our preferred location and it was in a nice setting.
Disliked: Specifically; I had requested a room with a balcony and a view of the water. I had booked our stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Some person in charge of booking out your rooms thought it funny to put us on the 2nd floor in a room very visible to outside foot traffic and the pool AND gave us a Handicapped room on top of that. Being that my husband is 6’4” he had many challenges in the room. Now, the way the handicapped bathroom was designed, he had difficulty fitting into the shower. Also, the resulting flood of water that is left on the the bathroom floor after his shower made using the bathroom impossible until the flood of water dried. We had to use our bath towels to dry the floor on both mornings of our stay. This clean up was not a welcome part of our stay! Also, the bars mounted on the wall in the shower have rough edges. Hitting those edges while showering was unavoidable. Let’s talk about the hardware in the bathroom. There are no hooks with which to hang towels or toiletry bags or robes or soaking wet bath mats. The toilet paper holder makes a horrible noise when using the toilet paper roll. It sounds like a dump truck rolling over a gravel road at high speed. Guess what’s on the wall opposite of the toilet paper holder?? The BED!! Rude to wake up to that rumbling noise at the break of dawn as one’s significant other uses the John. I expected more from Indigo.

Liked: VERY CLEAN. Great staff. Awesome views. Would definitely come again. Front desk guy made sure to give us a room facing the water. It was beautiful ❤️

Liked: Beautiful property, very light and airy. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were great. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and Harrisons.
