Liked: Staff were very nice and helpful; specifically the gentleman at the front desk and the bartender at the restaurant downstairs were great. Room was clean. Bar downstairs had a good vibe.
Disliked: Not a great location if you get in early ahead of check-in. Lobby is super small and there wasn't anywhere to take a business call while waiting as there were many people sleeping in the sitting area waiting for rooms. Elevator situation was very frustrating -- waited over 10 minutes multiple times as they run super slowly and only have 2 elevators servicing both all of the rooms & the bar on the top floor (they frequently host events there so it crowds them up). Wish the bar had more wine options - was surprised how low end the wine options were for an Indigo hotel.
