Hotel Indigo Nashville at The Countrypolitan By IHG

Liked: Clean, neat room; everything in place; plenty of towels.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Geat staff; great food; great room; great location.

Disappointing room assignment.

Liked: The main bar with live music is great, very Nashville! And the location is very convenient for broadway.
Disliked: Travelling as two friends, we specified a room with two beds however on arrival we were assigned a room with one bed. Being told they were out of two-bed rooms and that actually that request doesn’t reach them when booking via booking.com, one is us slept on a roller bed all weekend.

Liked: Location was great, right around the corner from Printer's alley and not too far of a walk to lower Broadway. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. I loved the art decor touches throughout. Our room was large with plenty of storage, the bed and pillows very comfortable, good black out curtains. The bathroom was also large, good water pressure and room for your toiletries. The breakfast at the hotel was yummy
Disliked: The hotel at first did not want to honor my breakfast which was included with my rate but after I showed them my booking, they honored it. Apparently, there is missed communication between the hotel and booking.com

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, expensive...

Liked: The property was very nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room is spacious.
Disliked: Parking is less than ideal, although I understand the hotel is in downtown Nashville so that complicates things. Valet is the only option and it’s $60 a day, unless you want to self park in a garage around the block ($50/day).

Liked: This hotel was in a great location for us for the Nissan Stadium for the CMA Fest.The staff were very friendly but I had an issue getting an invoice from them. They did eventually send me the invoice via email.The breakfasts were really nice but decaf coffee was an issue they had it the first couple of days but then not for the rest of our stay.
Disliked: I think it is overpriced for what it is.There was construction work going on when we were there with them testing the fire alarm over and over again.

Liked: It was close to the CMA FEST and Broadway.
Disliked: We work out. We didn’t realize the gym was under renovation.
