Best Location Hands Down

Liked: Location of the property could not be any better.Hotel was spotless.Staff was always friendly and happy to help.5th floor facing the river is Worth the extra expense.
Disliked: The sliding bathroom door is a terrible idea when sharing the room with teenagers. No privacy as it does not lock or keep out the sounds when using the toilet.The toilet is in the same room as the shower we use the bathroom by the upstairs restaurant if someone was showering.

Beautiful Town, close to shops...

Liked: location was great , walking distance to a lot of activities.
Disliked: was a bit further from Metra Station then we thought . Was there shuttle service ?

Exceptional

Liked: The Location is central to the River Walk...and it turns out, to the Memorial Day Parade.The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My only confusion was that there are two rooms with the same number, but located in different buildings...so you have to know what building you are in to find your correct room, even if you have the correct room number. In all my years of travelling, this is a first!
Disliked: See above

Short but sweet stay in...

Liked: Room is spacious and th property looks new and well maintained. Location being in Downtown Naperville is perfect! Withing walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Next to it is Sparrow coffee shop with really good coffee! Not to be missed!

Enjoyed our stay and will...

Liked: Liked the location in downtown Naperville and view of DuPage Rivr.
Disliked: One king bed instead of two queen beds. Would have had more rspace in room.

Exceptional

Liked: Everyone and everything was terrific. My wife and I will stay there again.
