Disliked: The bed was not comfortable at all. For the price I paid the TV was very small, compared to other hotels with less cost.

NOT actually pet friendly?

Liked: The location and staff are great.
Disliked: We called in advance to make sure there would be no problem with the pet and then they spring really resistive paperwork on you AFTER you check in and can?t cancel. It just doesn?t feel worth the price especially because we had to get out pet boarded. It says pet friendly but then you can?t leave the pet alone in your room even if it?s crated, even if it doesn?t bark, and Even if it?s a trained service animal. Basically how can you travel with your pet/ be pet friendly if you can never leave your room because the puppy can?t be left alone. Kinda kills the whole point of a vacation if you can?t go outside. And it doesn?t matter how friendly the restaurant patios are? because you can?t sit on a patio in 7 degree weather. We ended up having to call all over town to get the pet boarded during our vacation, it was expensive, time consuming, and we had to get records faxed over?. Does that sound like a vacation? We had to cancel all our plans until we found a pet boarder. The stress ruined the trip.
