Liked: King Suite is comfortable and has sufficient room for 2 travelers. Staff are efficient and friendly. The location is perfect, easy drive or bike ride to all of Napa and surrounding attractions
Disliked: There is not enough lighting in the main room. We could have benefited from a few USB outlets.

Liked: Meal voucher was nice. Food was decent. Hotel was quiet for most of the stay.
Disliked: Did not like the fact we had to walk to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper, and toothbrushes. One of the evenings, the staff said the restaurant/cafe was closed an hour than officially stated. The staff was not welcoming compared to other hotels. Gym was very hot and stuffy, no air conditioning. Pool and jacuzzi did not appear to be clean.

Price, insects, 3 room changes...

Liked: Had to change rooms 3 times. Spiders in bed in one room. Ants in bathroom in next. Toilet was broken. Shower was dirty.They sprayed room had to move us again because of smell. Charged 10 a night parking. There were several cars parked in lot that you could tell had been there several months if not longer. Dirty converted in dust. Charged me 12 for 2 Tylenol. Asked for some compensation because of the bugs gave me 70 dollars for parking.
Disliked: Spiders ants broken toilet dirty bathroom,rude manager. I explained my daughter was on life support which she did pass away after 5 days. Asked to stay longer of course had to pay hotel rate not booking rate. Charged 12 $ for 2 Tylenol. Had to change 3 rooms because of insects. Only offered 70 parking fee. Spent 2000.00
