Liked: Ohhh, the BEDS! They are exquisitely comfortable. I could hardly drag myself out of bed every morning. Slept great. Hotel is also quiet. Also like that there is a restaurant and a bar. Lots of European guests here as well.
Disliked: I would love to have a microwave in the room. (There is a fridge in the room.) And a microwave in the lobby for guests to use.

Liked: Comfortable beds.
Disliked: No kettle or crockery, only paper cups. Too pet friendly. I don't think it is hygenic to allow dogs in hotel rooms. They focus too much on pets, the example being that they have cookies in reception for dogs! No such treat for humans. My major complaint is that hotel staff rang our room and woke us up at 6am to complain about noise reported. No-one came up to investigate, before making unsubstantiated accusations/complaints and waking us up. I could not hear any noise at all when I was speaking on the phone to the hotel, so I am completely mystified by this. Obviously any noise was not from us, as we were asleep. I complained about this false and unprofessional accusation to management but absolutely appalling response and they did not get back to us about rectifying this situation.

Liked: Really comfortable, pool and jacuzzi were a bonus.Breakfast was fantastic
Disliked: Quite far out of town if you want to walk- the recommended bike rental place requires you to drive to the place in Napa (where you can’t leave your car easily) or walk there 5km.
