Liked: The best part was the waiter, Juel, in the on premise restaurant. Professional, fast, but most of all kind.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was clogged so gross stuff was coming in. The shower door would not close so the bathroom would get flooded.

Liked: The hotel was nice itself, enjoyed the convenient bar & restaurant downstairs. Really friendly staff but the overall stay itself had many flaws. Location was right in front of construction so not cute for photos also their windows super dirty. The water in the shower took forever to heat up! & water from the shower would soak our bathroom floor, had to ask for extra towels every day because of this. The phone from the room never worked to call front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come every day like they should’ve have. Also ask exactly before booking if you get the original top floor breakfast because they have a crappy one downstairs & the better one upstairs which I thought I booked with & told when checking in I did but later finding out there two different ones, very frustrating. Paid a lot expected more tbh
