Comfy bed otherwise extremely disappointing.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable but everything else was very disappointing. Will not be staying again. Go for the citizen M instead.
Disliked: The room was in a state of disrepair. The cord to pull my window blind up and down was broken. The rain head on the shower didn’t work (only the hand held). The light in the shower didn’t work. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The usb charging ports didn’t work. The room was large but completely soul-less. The tv had zero smart capabilities (no way to watch Netflix or prime - only regular tv channels). The location is close to Brickell village but across the metro rail tracks on what feels like a shady street - didn’t feel super safe walking back as a solo traveller with lots of homeless and police around.

Liked: How clean… design and easy in and out for Uber drivers to pick up and drop off.
Disliked: Loved the bathroom shower and other parts of the bathroom, but would’ve preferred more counter space in bathroom… but I didn’t really mind in the end because you were smart enough in the design to add plenty of cabinets counter space and outlets in the room near mirrors… kudos on the design and placement of key areas

Adequate for the price-tag

Liked: It's a nice hotel, adequate for the price tag. Good beds (2x double) and pillows + a nice gym and restaurant. The location is best, two blocks walking from City Center.
Disliked: Cleaning was a bit shy than ok. Getting a well-done is something more and more difficult these days.
