Liked: Very stylish hotel. Enjoyed the art deco and modern aesthetic design. Clean rooms, with some housekeeping. . Staff were friendly. Close to the CBD but had a good distance away from the hustle and bustle for some quiet time
Disliked: Reception don't pick up the phone or return calls, despite leaving voice messages and contact details.I had lost my cardigan and wanted to check with the hotel after checking out. Messaging via Booking.com is quite delayed by days, and sometimes weeks for an outcome. Understably, their priority would be to incoming guests. Despite this, I would still stay again due to overall service, friendliness and hotel aesthetic.
