Great location, clean room and...

Liked: The room was spacious, had a lovely view of the streetscape and was extremely quiet (no street noise).

Would stay again.

Liked: Very comfortable well designed room. Many little convenient features, like great lighting. Close to the free trams, Southern Cross station (supermarket etc.)
Disliked: Not sure why but it took soo long to get the hot water to work. We weren’t worried about that but it’s an awful waste of water. (Particularly when everyone wants you to reuse your towels - which we do.)I bit of street noise as I don’t think there windows were double grazed.None of this detracted from our stay. Beautiful comfortable rooms.

Disliked: Pillows not great, gym under- equipped and weird treadmill.

Decent location and good value...

Liked: Staff very nice and our room was big. They give you slippers and a fuzzy robe.
Disliked: Sheets were scratchy. I asked for a high floor and not by the elevator and didn’t get that. It turned out OK because didn’t hear too much except for the train so be aware of that.
