Superb

Liked: Style, cleanliness, availability of appliances like hair dryer, iron. Robes. Nice big TV.
Disliked: The noise from outside like the trains and trams.

Stole our money

Liked: It was modern and the location
Disliked: They took a $50 deposit on check in and we still haven’t been reimbursed months later. When you ring the international line to complain you get nowhere. DO NOT PUT A CREDIT CARD DOWN give them $50 cash otherwtheg will keep your money extremely dodgy as most people wouldn’t even check if they’d been reimbursed. I’ll never stay here again

Cool, stylish, elegance in the...

Liked: So stylish! This place just makes you feel special as soon as you walk in the door, with wonderful art, high ceilings, brightness and a very cool atmosphere. The wonderful staff were very welcoming and highly professional. They even upgraded our room when we told them how our original room might result in us being kept awake as it was close to the lift. The bar was quite good and the breakfast is superb, located in a bright and airy breakfast room. Centrally located and with brilliant street views through the massive floor to ceiling windows, I'd not hesitate to stay here again.
