Superb

Superb Hotel

Liked: Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, superb location, clean room with new fixtures and fittings, great shower room. Tasty breakfast. We were on the 11th floor, and the views across the city were wonderful.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect location and available transportation....

Liked: Hotel Indigo is right in the middle of a lot going on, first off its steps from the Victoria train station. There are numerous buses and trams available from the doorstep. The building itself is completely wonderful with all modern updates (blackout curtains, heat/aircon, and options for in room service. The hotel itself it also attached to a breakfast/lunch cafe (Todd Street Cafe) and a full service restaurant/bar (The Mamucium).
Disliked: My only complaint was the restaurant attached (Mamucium) gave incorrect info about the ingredients in the food they served and then botched my order. Their food was mediocre at best, i’d suggest one of the numerous places close by for dinner instead.

Liked: Check in and Staff were Amazing. Fridge great, needed some water in the room.
Disliked: There wasn't enough towels in the room. The shower was very mouldy in the corners and it leaked onto the bathroom floor A Lot. A large floor tile in the bathroom wasoose and wobbly. We reported this to reception. The air con didn't work,, room was very warm.
