Liked: Great place to stay. At Victoria Station. Clean in and out.
Disliked: Same breakfast everyday. I suggest breakfast variations.

Pleasant hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Quiet location, pleasant room. It was nice there was a bar and restaurant attached because with massive jet lag, I didn't always feel like going outside.
Disliked: I told the front desk twice that there was black mold at the bottom of my shower and I thought some bleach solution would solve it but in the 5 nights I was there, nothing was done about it. It is creepy to see that every morning. Also my room wasn't made up one day and I had to wait in the lobby one evening while housekeeping took care of it.
