An experience staying here

Liked: Location was fantastic and the views were stunning.
Disliked: Everything was spot on.

Always a favourite

Liked: Second time here, great hotel, lovely view, wonderful staff, good location.
Disliked: Some small issues with the tv, but this was quickly solved by the staff.

Very pleasant stay and would...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the same when we left. We came to Manchester for the marathon, and we were kindly allowed the room until 6pm which was great as we could come back and get changed before leaving for home. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. There was a pug socket on both sides of the bed! There was tea and coffee and water in the room. The curtains were fab and were blackout. We paid for breakfast and again this was of a good standard and had lots of options.
Disliked: There was only one negative and that was when we were going to sleep we could hear the road noise from our bedroom we were on the second floor and overlooking Victoria station.
