Exceptional

Great value great location excellent...

Liked: The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. All the stuff were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Such a great deal. Excellent location.
Disliked: I could hear a little bit of noise at about 4 o’clock in the morning. It wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked.

Great staff and location, but...

Liked: The staff was amazing — super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: You’re definitely paying for the location, but it doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel.The rooftop was constantly booked for private events, so it was almost impossible to enjoy a drink there.The room is very small — which I don’t really mind — but I was expecting a bit more when it comes to the amenities, the washroom, and overall comfort.

Liked: Amazingly comfortable and the staff were excellent because of a glitch in plans they went above and beyond Arturo the manager was amazing

Liked: Our first room was not great, but we got moved for the second and third night to a wonderful room on floor 10
Disliked: The rooms that are not renovated seem old and mine even had a wall out the window that blocked all sunlight.

Very good

Liked: Great location for seeing Madrid. Nice little roof-top bar with good view of the city. Well stocked breakfast with lots of choice.
Disliked: Definitely not "rooms with a view" - you look out to a brick wall - but they at least try to make something of it with "neon-light art" on the wall. And the room itself was clean and comfortable
