Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was spotlessly clean, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Madrid, with everything with a walking distance. The gym is excellent and open 24/7. I also loved the rooftop bar with amazing views, and breakfast was simply perfect-always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Liked: It’s near metro just 2-3mins walk. The staff is superb nice and very helpful! And the room is so clean! We love it!! Thanks!

Liked: Fabulous locationFriendly & incredibly helpful staffGood facilities including roof top & lobby bars, both of which serve food in addition to the restaurant Lovely rooms with the most comfortable bed I think I've ever had in a hotel
Disliked: There are 2 lifts but one was under repair, which meant there was only 1 working. This was a bit annoying but understandable
