Very good

Superb

Short NYE visit

Liked: The hotel was very nice and in a prime spot for exploring Chinatown. Found out after I booked that there was a night club in the hotel on floor 15. Emailed and asked for a quiet room and they accommodated us with no problem. Staff was very nice as well. Some of the rooms look down into others balconies so that was a bit of a disappointment but really it was not a huge deal for us. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'd consider staying here again for my next trip.

Overpriced but cheap

Liked: The balcony was huge and the views were lovely
Disliked: The room was really expensive but tiny ...the balcony seems bigger than the room. At over $500 for the night I think real cups rather than paper isn't unreasonable. No gowns or slippers. I asked twice for the alcohol to be removed from the room bar it never happened . Shockingly overpriced hotel

Disliked: The elevators kinda smelled bad but also they have a club so it be coming from that. Rooms are a little rundown cute vibes

Liked: Wanted a king bed for us two brothers. Could'nt find one so booked a separate room

Average stay in the lower...

Liked: I liked the bathroom and the room overall. The location was also pretty convenient to get to other place around the city. Neighborhood also had some good coffee shops and stores.
Disliked: Room service kept coming back and yelled at me for still being in the room. I understand that she needed to get into the room to clean but she was extremely rude about it. Also the club that they advertised was booked for a private party on Friday night. Lastly, we requested a bag hold so we could go to brunch after a late check out was not granted. When we returned from brunch, our bags were on a bellhop in the lobby, not secure at all. Very disappointed.
