Loved it! Will stay longer...
Liked: Beautiful, clean, friendly, well run hotel. Extremely accommodating and professional. Staff really goes the Extra Mile for their guests. Could not have asked for more or better. Even though there was a problem within the room temperature (too cold) the staff engineers came promptly, cleaned the filter ( which it needed and turned out to be the problem with heat needed at night) I still totally Loved this place and would come back again and recommend to all I know and don?t know personally. I needed water for medicine and they bent over backwards to get it to me even after hours. I adore this place!
Disliked: Room was too cold BUT they fixed it right away! Excellent!!

Disliked: The first room we checked into was not cleaned, the hotel was prompt at getting us another room to check into. However, for the price that should not have happened.

Perfect all around
Liked: Awesome showers, great location, beautiful views of the city, great staff, and excellent kitchen.

Liked: Hotel is in great location,Great bar on 8th floor beautiful views of downtown LA,live music on weekends.Awsome breakfast.
Disliked: There wasn?t a trash can in the bathroom. A mirror in the room would be great. There was only mirrors in the bathroom

Nice space but the worst...
Liked: The property and space design is nice but Customer service sucks.
Disliked: Customer service sucks. - No water made available in the room... not even for purchase. We had to leave our room in the middle of the night a couple of nights just to buy water in the lobby. - The sheets were not cleaned when we arrived. We had to call the front desk to get it exchanged. They were prompt in exchanging but that should not have been the case in the first place. - I called to order room service - I was put on hold for up to 10 minutes and the person who picked up the phone was rude. We ended up going to another restaurant nearby for breakfast. I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone.
