Liked: Very nice , clean hotel , great location and friendly staff
Disliked: Our only issue was the room was very warm , we turned temperature right down but it would have been nice to open a window

Fantastic stay

Liked: This is a little gem of a hotel! Tucked away from the main hustle and bustle, this hotel is clean, modern , and welcoming. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a safe, an iron, tv, free wifi and the room was very spacious. The room was fantastic value for money, and even came with complimentary soft drinks (a rarity these days!) and Aveda toiletries. The bed was soft and the pillows like clouds. Its very nice in this day and age to get real value for money without paying a fortune. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again!
Disliked: A few more milk sachets would have been nice to have with the supplied coffee

Liked: Lovely, clean hotel, great bathroom. Attentive, helpful reception staff. Perfect location for sightseeing and near tube station. Great value for money. Would use again

Liked: the location was great for where we wanted to be in London.
Disliked: The lift was broken , we were on the 3rd floor and were fine to walk. Our bags were carried to the room (which was excellent) the staff were very apologetic.
