Hotel Indigo Liverpool

A great place for a weekend away like we had, or for business; rooms are set out nice; bed comfortable and very quiet.

Liked: Professional, high quality surroundings.

Hotel and staff great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Close to everything we wanted to see in Liverpool. Definitely will come back and will recommend this hotel.

Liked: Fantastic hotel, great rooms and gym. Lovely outside areas front and back for coffee and drinks
Disliked: A couple of the female receptionists were a bit cold and made me feel like they were doing me a favour by assisting me on check in and out

Could be so much better...

Liked: Nice location close to the centre of Liverpool. The hotel itself is a little tired in places, however if you search the various platforms on the Web, you can get a good price for a night's stay, making it acceptable.Parking is at a local NCP car park, for which the hotel will be able to discount a little. However, it's still expensive, so add this to your overall costs.It promotes a high-rate restaurant. Blah. There are far better & cheaper options close by.Overall, park & sleep, but eat out!
Disliked: Bedrooms are tired and need re-vamping. Small niggly things, serve to irritate. Air con is noisy, decoration could be updated, shower is difficult to operate.
