Hotel Indigo Liverpool

A great place for a weekend away like we had, or for business; rooms are set out nice; bed comfortable and very quiet.

Liked: Professional, high quality surroundings.

Hotel and staff great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Close to everything we wanted to see in Liverpool. Definitely will come back and will recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with friendly staff.

Liked: Staff were very welcoming, gave us advice on where to visit. Excellent location. Room was colourful, bright and the air con was very much appreciated. Drinks and snacks refreshed each day. Bathroom clean and tidy.
Disliked: Some stains on the curtains, bed base was frayed and scruffy. Didn't detract from our stay but could be improved.

Ideal location, friendly staff

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful.Good Location, just out of the way of the central bustle of the centre.
Disliked: Room was cozy for a double room but considering it was a double room, there should have been double of bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea, biscuits..but it was all for one person.I should have mentioned it to the reception desk but as we were only there one night, I didn't say anything, but these small details should have been properly set out.Room was very hot and we had to turn the air conditioning on during the night, which obviously made noise and was hard to fall asleep.Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were cold and had to return them and order something different,Service was very slow and had to chase up our hot drinks and food.

Disliked: Noisy room even though I asked for a quiet room. I wore earplugs and was still woken several times.Breakfast was quick but clearly cooked a long time in advance

Fab hotel & location

Liked: The location was fab. Good size of room, comfortable bed, fridge, clean toilet, great breakfast. External seating areas. Fab hotel.
Disliked: Only let down was the room was quite dull, might have been due to location, another brighter light was required.
