Liked: It is very unique. They make you feel at home and could not be more accommodating. It was also very quiet and had black out curtains!

Liked: Location is good. Close to Power & Light District, Uber Ride to Plaza.
Disliked: Evening Staff at front desk was only there occasionally. I was waiting in lobby and phone was ringing off the hook and there was no one to answer. Valet didn?t know address of hotel when I was trying to order a pizza. They seemed understaffed for a busy weekend. Weren?t very professional all around. Nice, but not great level Hospitality service you would expect from a Hotel Indigo. This was my second time staying at this location in KC. Had a similar experience last time. Best employee is Allen the bartender. We had to stay our first night due to weather at another hotel...just based on service I will probably stay at that hotel next time. I really want to love this place. But it?s just OK.

Liked: Beautiful decor, liked the rooms w hard wood floors. Feels so much more clean than carpet. Also nice u stock the rooms with Aveda products. The bar-restaurant had EXCELLENT food and wonderful staff.
Disliked: After looking at my recpt/ ...apparently the Front desk staff pulled up another person w my name & and gave her my IHG points. Now I'm trying to get it straightened out. Typically when FD staff enter rewards points, they verify it's you w an address.

Disliked: If it had a hot tub or sauna. The room was set up for business clientele, which was fine, but it was a little cold in the sense of not warm and cozy. I was looking for the Western channel (ha). Would've been great to have watched an old TV rerun, such as Paladin, Wagon Train or Rawhide. I'm getting picky..
