Very good

We were happy.

Liked: We liked the quietness of our room, and the big floor to ceiling windows. My allergies (my "clean meter") were manageable. Staff was responsive to our special requests, and the cleaning staff seemed to take their job seriously. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. We liked that the window would open a little bit. Lots of places to get good coffee within walking distance. We stay in KC frequently and enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Disliked: Parking is challenging because it is a downtown property. However, there are 4-5 spaces to pull up and unload, or run up to your room for a minute if needed without having to park which is nice. A little on the expensive side for the weekend we were there but I think space was limited due to wedding parties in the hotel at the time.

Exceptional

Liked: Love everything about it! Beautiful clean, friendly staff the rooms were so nice! Plus the bed was comfortable! Literally perfect!
Disliked: I wouldn’t say “didn’t like” but a pool is literally the only thing that could’ve made it exceed the perfection!

Superb

When going to downtown KC...

Liked: I like how they personally text you and ask you before hand if you need anything before arrival.
Disliked: Valet was a little expensive.

Staff was friendly and eager...

Liked: Came for a concert. Free trolley took us right to it, even though it was already walking distance. Included breakfast was the best. Served off the menu and available till 12:00.
Disliked: Parking could be cheaper

Exceptional

Liked: The property was beautiful on the inside and out. Had a lot of character and was fun. Very pleasant, kind, and helpful staff. Answered all questions I had in a hasty manner.
Disliked: There is nothing I disliked about the property. Overall would come back again. Maybe a little pricy overall but the quality and experience are pretty worth it.
