Liked: I loves how comfortable the room and how quiet it was.
Disliked: They did not clean the bathroom well. The toilet seat was a little dirty.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel right by a little Lake, decorated with style. There are so many wonderful eateries around the hotel and short distance away. We stayed two nights and we will stay there again.
Disliked: The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was that the grout in the bathroom and the shower needed cleaning. Other than that wonderful clean.

Liked: I liked the fact the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The scenery was very nice.
Disliked: The bedding wasn't very clean or not changed. Found multiple fine hairs in pillow cases and stains all over sheets. Customer service at check In was ok, the host wasn't very friendly.

Liked: We requested and received a high floor. The room was clean, and the front desk efficient. Loved the location within an upscale shopping mall.
Disliked: This is not a luxury room or feeling; breakfast was a la carte, and its offerings were not wide.Single coffee pod per person was not generous.
