Location is excellent - room...

Liked: Overall design and cleanliness of the room, location of the hotel, staff is always friendly.
Disliked: I wish ALL hotels had soft close toilet seats. If you've ever dropped one, you know what I mean. I think the same for the main hotel room door. I wish there was a better soft close mechanism for these doors. But these are both common at any hotel and not specific to Indigo.

Clean,comfortable, great staff. Located in...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Older but refurbished. Did not eat breakfast but it smelled good. Nice location. Charming, scenic area. Good variety of food and restaurants close to Hotel. Nearby shopping. Beach is close to Hotel. Would definitely stay again, just for the wonderful staff.
Disliked: Ice machine on 5th floor not working. Toilet is kind of loud when refilling

Disliked: I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. It was inconvenient to walk to the lobby to use the only available microwave.
