Great stay overall but with...

Liked: The property is great, central and overall a really modern and fresh environment. We had a great time!
Disliked: The property is really nice. Staff at the reception desk was very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant is understaffed so the food and coffee arrived cold, the service was definitely poor (however not all waiters were rude, just one lady in particular on our last day). The stress levels among staff were tangible — too many customers and not enough waiters (only 1 person doing many jobs at the same time). The restaurant manager should do something about this. The waiting times were quite long and like I said the service wasn’t always at its best — I wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast or coffee but everything else was very good.

Liked: This was a great experience! I slept so comfortably that I had to ask in the reception what kind of bed it was! The breakfast was also fantastic, my 16-year old daughter and I really enjoyed it!
Disliked: Everything was perfect!
